 Event Production :-                                                                                               We can organise and manage your event from its initial inception to the final load out which can, if required, cover all of the areas as described in the "Event Planning Guide" section of the website. Please contact us with your requirements. 

   Health & Safety "Risk Assessment" :-                                                                       We can produce a full health and Safety "Medical / Ambulance / and First Aid Risk Assessment and a Major Incident Plan, based on your event Specification. and within the guidelines of the                       "Event Safety Guide"

 Event Planning :-                                                                                                  We will design scaled plans of your venue and site layout incorporating internal Marquee plans and Fire & Safety facilities which can be uploaded in pdf format for e-mail etc. 

 We will also liase with the Police , Medical Services, Fire Services & Local Authority licencing.

 Technical Services :-                                                                                                We can organise the Hire and supply of all the equipment required for your event :- ie,  Power systems, Temporary accommodation, Temporary Trackway, Seating, Catering units, Communication systems, Marquees, Lighting Rigs, Sanitary Facilities, Staging, fencing, P.A. & Backline systems.   

 Event Personnel :-                                                                                                 The hire of Event Staff :-   First Aid Personnel, Stewards, Marshalls, (car parking  & event    safety management) and  other Subcontractors as required.

 Marketing  / Media  / Information :-                                                                       We can also supply the following :-    Ticket sales and box office facilities,   Event marketing and Advertising, (Press releases & Programmes)  All event staff / Security / and Artists passes. Road and Event signage and public information notices.
